Kab. Tangerang – Dewan Pimpinan Cabang (DPC) Posko Perjuangan Rakyat (Pospera) Kabupaten Tangerang pertanyakan peran Dinas Sosial (Dinsos) dalam mengawal Bantuan Sosial (Bansos) dari Kementerian Sosial (Kemensos). Pasalnya, setelah munculnya sejumlah kasus yang belakangan mencuat ke Publik, Dinsos terlihat tidak produktif, alias Mandul.
Ketua DPC Pospera Kab. Tangerang, Rahmat Sanjaya membeberkan, pertama, mengenai kasus Program Keluarga Harapan (PKH) yang telah menetapkan dua orang tersangka. Menurutnya, dalam kasus tersebut, tidak ditemukan peran Dinsos dalam mengupayakan pembenahan atau evaluasi data.
“Kasusnya sudah jelas, kasus PKH pada 2017/2018. Nah sebelumnya Dinsos kemana ? ini kan seolah terjadi pembiaran yang berlarut sehingga dampaknya sangat merugikan KPM,” kata Rahmat kepada infomassa, Kamis 14 Agustus 2021.
Kedua, adanya ratusan Kartu Tanda Penduduk (KTP) Keluarga Penerima Manfaat (KPM) yang belum tervalidasi. Sehingga imbasnya kembali kepada masyarakat penerima manfaat yang bantuannya terpaksa harus ditunda.
“Dari kondisi tersebut jelas kita lihat bahwa lagi-lagi masyarakat yang dirugikan karena ulah dinsos yang terkesan cuci tangan terhadap program Kemensos,” ucap Rahmat.
Rahmat berpendapat, seharusnya sebagai mentor dalam urusan bansos, Dinsos Kabupaten Tangerang dapat berperan aktif. Misalnya melakukan monitoring data, melindungi KPM sampai dengan mengevaluasi kinerja seluruh tim yang terlibat dalam program besutan Kemensos.
“Jika Dinsos tidak melakukan hal tersebut, maka jangan heran apabila di kemudian hari akan terjadi hal yang sama. Dengan begitu, artinya nama baik Kemensos dan Kabupten Tangerang akan buruk akibat ulah Dinsos yang Mandul,” tutup Rahmat Sanjaya.
