Kuansing – Beberapa bulan terakhir ini, Kabupaten Kuantan Singingi memang menjadi sorotan beberapa kasus-kasus Korupsi yang di tangani Kejari Kuansing. Terutama kasus Mega proyek tiga pilar.
Kasus yang menyeret nama mantan bupati Kuansing, mantan ketua DPRD saat ini Bupati Kuansing, dan pejabat lainnya di lingkungan pemerintah kabupaten Kuantan Singingi, dalam proses Kejari Kuansing.
Menurut Abdul Haris Arsyad wakil gubernur LSM Lira (Lumbung Inspirasi Rakyat) provinsi Riau, berbagai perlawanan terus dilancarkan sejumlah pihak di kabupaten Kuansing, terhadap Kejari Kuansing, agar kasus tidak naik ke pengadilan, mulai dari praperadilan hingga melaporkan Kajari Kuansing Hadiman ke bidang pengawasan Kejati Riau.
Oleh sebab itu, kata Haris. pihaknya berharap kepada Kajari Kuansing Hadiman jangan gentar dan takut untuk menuntaskan ini walaupun banyak perlawanan yang di lancarkan oleh pihak elit politik.
“Masyarakat Kuansing menunggu kinerja Kajari Kuansing, agar kasus ini segera tuntas,” tutur Haris kepada infomassa, Minggu 19 September 2021.
Diketahui bersama proyek tiga pilar sudah lama mangkrak. Tapi sampai saat ini Kejari Kuansing belum juga menuntaskan kasus korupsi tersebut yang banyak menghabiskan uang negara.
LSM Lira Provinsi Riau meminta Agar Kejari Kuansing serius untuk mengusut tuntas agar masyarakat tahu siapa sebenarnya dalang utama dari kasus proyek tiga pilar ini.
“Seharusnya bangunan tiga pilar sudah bisa di nikmati oleh masyarakat Kuansing, tapi nyatanya sampai saat ini belum bisa di pakai. Padahal sudah menelan ratusan miliar rupiah APBD Kuansing untuk mega proyek tiga pilar,” ucap Abdul Haris Arsyad.
Abdul Haris Arsyad mengatakan, proyek tiga pilar tersebut diantaranya, Pasar Berbasis Modern, Gedung Universitas Islam Kuantan Singingi UNIKS dan Hotel Kuansing, mangkrak sejak dikerjakan 2014 lalu.
Kajari Kuansing pada saat dimintai tanggapannya terkait dengan mangkrak proyek tiga pilar ini mengatakan, bahwa segera menuntaskan kasus sampai ke akar-akarnya. Bahkan Hadiman siap membongkar siapa dalang dari Mega Proyek itu dan menelusuri pihak-pihak.
“Kajari Kuansing saat ini telah memanggil pihak-pihak tekait dalam kasus pasar modern dan Pembagunan Hotel Kuansing”, ujar Hadiman yang merupakan Kajari Terbaik Ke-3 Nasional ini.
Selanjutnya Hadiman juga mengatakan, Kajari Kuansing tidak gentar melawan Koruptor di Kuansing walaupun ada perlawanan.
“Koruptor adalah musuh rakyat dan musuh Negara yang harus dibasmi di muka bumi ini karena telah menyengsarakan rakyat,” Tutup Hadiman.
