Jakarta – LAF, ibu yang diduga menyiksa dua anaknya, M (8) dan N (4) membantah telah melakukan kekerasan.
Hal tersebut ditegaskan pengacara LAF, Ulung Purnama yang didampingi rekannya, Astono Hadisaputra Gultom kepada sejumlah wartawan, Selasa, (26/10/2021).
Menurutnya, pemberitaan sejumlah media massa yang menyudutkan kliennya adalah tidak benar.
“Klien saya tidak pernah melakukan kekerasan. Ibu mana yang tega menyiksa anaknya,” tegas Ulung.
Kata Ulung, pelapor AR yang nota bene suami kliennya telah membesar-besarkan kejadian sesungguhnya dan tidak sesuai fakta.
“Klien saya ibu yang baik. Setiap hari mengurus dan merawat anaknya dengan kasih sayang di rumah. Mana mungkin dia tega menyiksa anak,” ujarnya.
Ia pun menuturkan peristiwa kekerasan yang dialami kedua anak kliennya tidak pernah terjadi di rumah maupun di lokasi lain.
“Saya menyayangkan adanya pemberitaan yang memojokkan klien saya,” ucapnya.
Imbas dari pemberitaan tersebut, sambung Ulung, kliennya saat ini terganggu psikologisnya. Saat ini kasus perceraian suami istri tersebut masih diproses di PN Jakarta Barat.
“Sejak kejadian itu, klien saya terganggu psikisnya dan mengalami trauma,” ujarnya.
Ditambahkan Kuasa Hukum LAF lainnya, Astono Hadisaputra Gultom apa yang diceritakan narasumber dalam pemberitaan berlebihan. Jika terjadi kekerasan tentunya ada bekas luka terhadap dua anak. Tetapi, sebaliknya, tidak ada bekas luka di kedua anak tersebut.
“Kalau memang terjadi kekerasan pasti membekas. Tapi ini tidak ada sama sekali. Termasuk penyiraman air panas, tidak ada itu. Bahkan, bertemu di pengadilan anaknya terlihat senang melihat ibu kandungnya,” tandasnya.
Sebelumnya, seorang ibu berinisial LAF (38) diduga menyiksa kedua anak kandungnya, M (8) dan N (4).
Penyiksaan tersebut terjadi di kediaman mereka, di kawasan Duri Kepa, Kebon Jeruk, Jakarta Barat.
