Ratusan aset Pemkot Tangerang kini sudah terjamin keamanannya setelah ATR/BPN memberikan ratusan sertipikat hak pakai tanah.

Tangerang – Jelang momen peringatan HUT Kota Tangerang ke 28, Pemerintah Kota Tangerang menerima 190 Sertipikat hak pakai tanah milik Pemerintah Kota Tangerang dari Kantor Pertanahan ATR/BPN.

Wali Kota Tangerang Arief R. Wismansyah menjelaskan dengan terbitan sertipikat tersebut menjadi langkah dalam pengamanan aset-aset daerah yang ada di Kota Tangerang.

“Karena banyak yang memiliki nilai historis tersendiri, sehingga dibutuhkan sertipikat sebagai bukti yang sah,” jelas Wali Kota dalam acara penyerahan sertipikat yang berlangsung di ruang Al-Amanah, Pusat Pemerintahan Kota Tangerang, Jumat 26 Februari 2021.

Lebih lanjut Arief menjabarkan masih terdapat sebanyak 1.900 tanah di Kota Tangerang yang masih menunggu proses terbitnya sertipikat.

“Dan ini menjadi momen indah dari BPN menjelang HUT Kota Tangerang, agar asetnya bisa segera dimanfaatkan untuk kepentingan masyarakat,” ujar Wali Kota.

Menanggapi Wali Kota, Kepala Kantor Pertanahan ATR/BPN wilayah Banten Andi Tenri Abeng yang turut hadir dalam acara tersebut menyampaikan pihaknya akan segera menindaklanjuti aset-aset milik Pemda di Kota Tangerang untuk diterbitkan sertipikatnya.

“Menjadi komitmen kami untuk segera menyelesaikan, semoga bisa di tahun ini,” pungkas Andi Tenri Abeng.
