Jakarta – Sejumlah fakta menunjukkan bahwa nama Novi Rahman Hidayat berkaitan erat dengan PDIP dan PKB. Namun dalam keterangannya, dua elit Parpol tersebut saling lempar dan enggan menganggap Bupati Nganjuk itu sebagai kader usai diringkus KPK atas dugaan kasus jual beli jabatan pada Senin 10 Mei 2021.

Terdapat fakta menunjukkan bahwa sebelumnya Novi pernah berada dalam Musyawarah Anak Cabang (Musancab) PDIP Kecamatan Berbek, Kabupaten Nganjuk, Jawa Timur. Dalam kesempatan itu, ia diusung untuk menjadi Bupati Nganjuk.

Mendapat dukungan besar dari partai, Novi pun turut menegaskan bahwa dirinya merupakan seorang kader berlogo kepala banteng bermoncong putih.

“Saya menyampaikan secara resmi dan secara berani-beranian bahwa saya ini kader PDIP, bukan kader partai lain,” demikian petikan Novi dalam unggahan Youtube Madutv Network Jawa Timur.

Namun fakta dalam video itu dibantah oleh Ketua DPP bidang Ideologi dan Kaderisasi PDIP, Saiful Djarot. Menurutnya, yang merupakan kader murni dari PDIP adalah Marhaen Djumadi.

Djarot menjelaskan, saat perhelatan kontestasi Pilbub Nganjuk 2018 lalu, PDIP memang berduet bersama PKB mengusung pasangan Novi-Marhaen.

“Yang bersangkutan (Novi) bukan kader PDI Perjuangan. Wakilnya yang kader pengurus, salah satu Wakil Ketua DPD PDI Perjuangan Jawa Timur. Waktu Pilkada 2018 diusung sama PKB dan PDI Perjuangan,” jelas Djarot.

Sementara Sekretaris Gerakan Sosial dan kebencanaan DPP PKB, Lukman Hakim meminta kasus dugaan jual beli jabatan yang melibatkan Bupati Nganjuk tidak disangkutkan dengan Partainya.

Pasalnya, lanjut Luqman, Novi Rahman Hidayat sendiri pernah berujar dalam unggahan youtube kalau dirinya bukanlah bagian dari PKB, apalagi tercatat sebagai kader. Kemudian, Dia justru merujuk Video yang diunggah oleh Madutv Network Jawa Timur.

“Dengan bukti link video tersebut, saya mohon keberadaan Bupati Nganjuk Novi Rahman Hidayat tidak dikait-kaitkan dengan PKB,” kata Luqman.
