Banten – Sejumlah buruh di Kabupaten Tangerang mendatangi kediaman anggota Dewan Perwakilan Rakyat Daerah (DPRD) Provinsi Banten, Martua Nainggolan, Rabu 1 September 2021. Kedatangan para pekerja itu tak lain untuk mengadukan sejumlah indikasi kecurangan yang dilakukan oleh perusahaan.

Para buruh, kata Martua, tidak menerima upah yang layak sebagaimana mestinya. Padahal menurutnya, pelaku usaha di Kabupaten Tangerang seharusnya bisa memberikan gaji sesuai dengan aturan UMR/UMK yang berlaku.

“Mereka datang bercerita bahwa selaku buruh di salah satu perusahaan di Kabupaten Tangerang mendapatkan gaji yang tidak sesuai. Ini jelas melanggar dari standar yang sudah ditentukan oleh Pemerintah,” kata Martua, Kamis 2 September 2021.

Selain itu tambah Martua, buruh outsourcing tersebut mengerjakan bidang pekerjaan yang sama dengan buruh lainnya walaupun berbeda status. Hal itu, kata dia, jelas bertentangan juga dengan UU perburuhan yang berlaku.

Menyikapi hal tersebut, Anggota DPRD dari Hanura itu menyerap sejumlah keluhan para buruh yang mendatanginya. Selanjutnya, ia akan menindaklanjuti dugaan kecurangan yang dialami para pekerja dengan membangun komunikasi kepada pihak terkait.

“Jadi sementara saya tampung dulu permasalahan yang dialami oleh kawan-kawan buruh. Saya akan coba komunikasikan ini secepatnya kepada pihak yang bersangkutan,” kata Martua Nainggolan.
