Kota Tangerang – Forum Ahli Waris Makam Keramat Panjang (FAWMKP), Kelurahan Selapajang, Kecamatan Neglasari, Kota Tangerang melayangkan surat permohonan Hearing ke Dewan Perwakilan Rakyat Daerah (DPRD).

Ketua FAWMKP, Kamit, berharap dengan dikirimnya surat tersebut, DPRD Kota Tangerang bisa memanggil Direktur Utama (Dirut) PT. Angkasa Pura II membahas permohonan ganti rugi lahan makam yang terkena program perluasan Bandara Internasional Soekarno-Hatta.

“Forum ahli waris berharap surat yang disampaikan meminta DPRD memediasi dan memanggil Dirut PT AP II perihal permohonan ganti kerugian makam keramat panjang yang terkena program pengadaan tanah bagi pembangunan untuk kepentingan umum Runway 3 Bandara Soekarno-Hatta,” kata Kamit, Senin 26 April 2021.

Kamit meneruskan, selain mengirim surat ke DPRD, pihaknya juga sudah lebih dulu melayangkan surat ke wali kota Arief R. Wismansyah pada 12 April 2021.

“Kami minta kejelasan status tanah makam keramat Panjang yang sampai dengan saat ini belum ada kejelasannya tentang pemindahan makam, padahal dana ganti kerugian tanah sudah dititipkan di PN Tangerang,” ujar Kamit.

Sekretaris FAWMKP, Lanang Sudirja menjelaskan, status makam sebelumnya berperkara di PN Tangerang dengan nomor perkara : 541/Pdt.G/2018/PN.TNG antara Hindun dkk (Penggugat) dengan Pemkot Tangerang (Tergugat).

Perkara tersebut, kata Lanang, sampai ke meja Mahkamah Agung dan sudah terdapat putusan pada tanggal 28 April 2020 bahwa gugatan Hindun ditolak. Akan tetapi sampai dengan saat ini Pemkot Tangerang belum juga mengambil keputusan.

“Saat ini makam keramat panjang berada di dalam area runway 3 bandara dan sudah dalam penguasaan aset PT AP II, dan di dalam tanah tersebut lebih 645 makam dengan luas tanah 5.400 M2 dan lebih kurang 173 Ahli waris masih menunggu kepastian akan ganti rugi makam dan pemindahannya,” ucapnya.

Sampai sejauh ini, FAWMKP bersama ahli waris lainnya beharap agar DPRD Kota Tangerang bisa memfasilitasi dan memanggil AP II, Pemkot Tangerang maupun BPN, agar mendapatkan keputusan terhadap makam kramat panjang.
