Kab. Tangerang – Dewan Perwakilan Rakyat Daerah (DPRD) Kab. Tangerang menggelar Hearing membahas ijin lokasi salah satu pengembang di wilayah Pantura Tangerang. Sayangnya, pertemuan tersebut menjadi sia-sia karena hanya dihadiri oleh Dinas terkait saja, sementara Agung Intiland Group yang menjadi sorotan utama justru malah mangkir.
Wakil Ketua DPRD Kab. Tangerang Aditya Wijaya mengatakan hearing tersebut digelar untuk melihat perkembangan pelaksanaan izin lokasi yang telah dikantongi oleh Agung Intiland Group selaku pelaku usaha. Hal tersebut, kata dia, tak lain demi mematuhi peraturan yang berlaku.
“Sajauh mana pelaksanaan izin lokasi yang di dapatkan dan pembebasan yang sudah dilakukan,” kata Adit dikutip infomassa, senin 19 April 2021 Gedung DPRD lama, Jalan Kisamaun Kota Tangerang,.
Adit berujar, poin penting mengenai perkembangan proyek Agung Intiland Group yang seharusnya jadi poin utama tidak menemukan titik terang lantaran pihak pengembang tersebut tidak hadir. Alhasil, kata dia, DPRD akan kembali melakukan penjadwalan ulang.
“PT yang di undang semua tidak datang. Jadi belum optimal karena data-data yang dari PT ini belum ditunjukan hanya penjabaran dari dinas terkait. Jadi kita sepakati di reschedule ulang,” ujarnya.
Politisi Partai Demokrat ini mengungkapkan, Dinas Penanaman Modal dan Pelayanan Terpadu Satu Pintu (DPMTSP) dan Badan Pertanahan Nasional (BPN) Kab. Tangerang menyebut bahwa tidak ada evaluasi dan laporan atas pelaksanaan izin lokasi dari Agung Intiland Group.
“Dinas terkait dan BPN Kabupaten Tangerang bicara sama kami tidak pernah ada laporan per triwulan sekali,” ungkapnya.
Kepala Bagian Perizinan DPMPTSP Kab. Tangerang Agus Supriyatno tak menyangkal jika pihaknya belum pernah melakukan evaluasi per triwulan terhadap pelaksanaan izin lokasi tersebut.
“Evalusi belum kita lakukan, tapi saat ini kita dengan dewan berkordinasi untuk membahas persoalan itu juga,” ucap Agus
Sementara, Kasie Penataan dan Pemberdayaan BPN Kabupaten Tangerang Tuhu Endarto menuturkan bahwa hearing yang digelar baru pembahasan umum.
Namun begitu, Tuhu mengaku sepakat terhadap tindak lanjut pelaksaan izin lokasi yakni monitoring evaluasi kepada perusahaan yang bersangkutan. “Untuk pelaporan triwulan itu yang akan kita kejar,” ujarnya.
Tuhu mengatakan bahwa pihaknya mengklaim sebelum hearing dilakukan sudah mengirim surat kepada Agung Intiland Group, perihal meminta laporan pelaksanaan izin lokasi yang di peroleh.
“Sudah semua kita kirim surat. Sebetulnya sudah ada aturan itu sejak lama, bahwa tiga bulan sekali harus lapor. Kalau ini kan tidak ada laporan, maka kita surati.” Kata Tuhu
“Nanti kita lihat reaksi nya seperti apa. Tadi anggota dewan juga mendukung langkah itu,” sambung Tuhu.
Diketahui, Hearing tersebut sengaja digelar sebagai upaya tindak lanjut mengenai persoalan izin lokasi seluas 1.650 hektare yang di peroleh Agung Intiland Group.
Hearing juga dihadiri oleh DPMPTSP, Dinas Tata Ruang dan Bangunan (DTRB) dan BPN Kab. Tangerang. Sementara Agung Intiland Group yang menjadi kunci dalam pembahasan perizinan tersebut justru tidak hadir.
