Jakarta – Single ‘Langkah’ milik Ichon Badguitar X Uchin Stallion divisualkan melalui sebuah film pendek dan resmi dirilis pada Jumat, 15 Oktober 2021 lewat platform berbagi video YouTube. Karya tersebut merupakan trilogi dalam melengkapi single bertajuk ‘sama’.
Melalui keterangan resminya, Ichon Badguitar sekaligus sutradara dalam film itu mengatakan bahma trilogi tersebut dimaksudkan untuk meluaskan keterbatasan durasi dalam lirik lagu langkah.
“Tidak cukup untuk menggambarkan sebuah cakupan makna lagu Langkah yang luas ini, jika hanya dalam waktu 4 menit,” ujar Ichon Badguitar, dikutip pada Jumat, 15 Oktober 2021.
“Akhirnya diputuskan untuk membaginya dalam 3 episode. Dan ini juga akibat terlalu bersemangat menulis naskah dan plot ceritanya,” kata dia.
Lagu Langkah sendiri merupakan karya sekaligus proyek musik Ichon Badguitar di luar band yang digawanginya. Lirik lagu ini mengangkat kisah nyata tentang persahabatan yang ditulis apa adanya.

Kendati begitu, ide dan inspirasi cerita dalam film juga diangkat dari kisah nyata layaknya lirik dalam tembang Langkah.
“Ini melebarkan kekuatan tema lagu tersebut untuk tetap melangkah, keep fighting it. Tentang perjuangan dan ketegaran yang harus dihadapi dalam hidup dalam hal apa pun,” ucap Ichon Badguitar.
Proses produksi film Langkah dikerjakan di masa pandemi Covid-19 dan seluruhnya dilakukan di kota Yogyakarta. Pada proyek ini, Ichon selaku sutradara menunjuk Salta dan Dobleh untuk berperan sebagai pelakon utama.
Episode perdana film Langkah karya Ichon Badguitar diluncurkan pada Jumat sore, 15 Oktober 2021 melalui saluran YouTube Ichon Badguitar dan dapat disaksikan mulai pukul 16.00 WIB.
Sementara dua episode berikutnya akan dirilis setiap hari Jumat pada dua pekan berikutnya.
