Kab. Tangerang – Kepala Desa Babakan Asem, Kecamatan Teluk Naga, Surta Wijaya menegaskan persoalan overlap atau tumpang tindih tanah di wilayahnya sudah diselesaikan oleh Badan Pertanahan Nasional (BPN) Kabupaten Tangerang.

“Untuk persoalan tanah yang pernah tumpang tindih di Desa Babakan Asem, sudah selesai sejak 5 Maret 2021 lalu, berdasarkan surat resmi yang saya terima dari BPN Kabupaten Tangerang,” kata Surta, Jumat 13 Agustus 2021.

Saat itu, kata Surta, surat resmi yang dilayangkan BPN bernomor HP.01.02. 750-36.03/III/2021, menerangkan bahwa permasalahan kepemilikan dan penguasaan atas penguasaan bidang-bidang tanah di desanya sudah terbit Peta Bidang Tanah (PBT), meski sempat overlap.

“Dan nama-nama pemilik tanah beserta keluarga masyarakat di desa, sudah saya sampaikan. Para pengadu yang telah ditetapkan BPN sebagai kepemilikan tanah sudah mengetahui itu juga kok. Tapi saya gak mau nyebut secara detail, karena menyangkut data pribadi seseorang,” tutur Surta.

Ketua Asosiasi Pemerintahan Desa Seluruh Indonesia (APDESI) Provinsi Banten inipun mengaku, tanah di wilayah desanya tidak terkena pembebasan lahan oleh pihak swasta atau pengembang.

“Tanah di desa saya juga kondisinya tidak terkena pembebasan lahan oleh pihak pengembang. Pak Bupati dan DPRD juga diberitahukan hal itu melalui surat tembusan,” terang Surta.

Kemudian, Surta menyinggung adanya seorang warga berinisial SW yang memiliki tanah di Desa Babakan Asem seluas 4.000 meter persegi, tidak menceritakan kondisi terkini. Padahal, sejumlah pengadu, termasuk SW, sudah teralisasi perolehan hak mereka berdasar ketetapan BPN Kabupaten Tangerang, tanpa dipungut biaya untuk menaikan hak kepemilikan menjadi sertifikat.

“Kurang baik dan berlebihan, jika memang benar SW itu bercerita sesuai yang ditulis wartawan belum lama ini. Padahal, semua tanah yang overlap di sini (Desa Babakan Asem) sudah selasai. Tinggal nunggu surat sertifikatnya saja dari BPN. Engga pakai duit lagi,” papar Surta

“Semua persoalan pasti ada jalan keluarnya. Prinsip saya, kita bersama-sama menyikapi persoalan dengan musyawarah dan kepala dingin. Jangan dengan emosi dan menebar kebencian. Dan alhamdulillah terbukti berhasilkan prinsip saya itu,” ujarnya.

Sebagai salah satu tokoh masyarakat di pantura Kabupaten Tangerang, Surta menghimbau kepada masyarakat di wilayah pantura untuk menyambut baik proses kemajuan pembangunan.

“Saya sangat yakin wilayah kita akan menuju kota mandiri yang modern. Oleh sebab itu, mari kita kawal untuk memastikan adanya pembangunan yang pesat di pantura dapat berdampak baik untuk meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat pantura,” pugkasnya, seraya mengajak menghindari isu yang memicu kegaduhan.
